As a superdelegate to next year’s Democratic National Convention in Denver, Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal would hold one of about 800 potential swing votes. But although he’d be free to back any candidate for his party’s nomination, he says he doesn’t want to go. He says no candidate has addressed issues facing the West, such as energy policy and water rights.
