
Arguments begin in Nacchio’s conviction appeal
Oral arguments in former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio’s appeal of his criminal insider-trading conviction will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Byron White U.S. Court House, Courtroom 1, 1823 Stout St. Nacchio was convicted in April on 19 counts of illegal insider trading connected to his sale of $52 million in Qwest stock in early 2001.
