An elementary school teacher’s aide was charged Monday with three felonies after allegedly making contact online with an investigator that he thought was a young teenage girl.
Frank Lee Pierce, 30, of Golden, has until Nov. 29 to schedule a preliminary hearing on one count of internet luring of a child, internet sexual exploitation of a child and promotion of obscentity of a child.
An arrest affidavit states Pierce introduced inappropriate sexual content into the online conversation.
Pierce has been placed on administrative leave from Stober Elementary School in Lakewood.
