SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON INC.: Named Phil Weisbach of the Boulder office a stockholder.

HOLLAND & HART LLP: Elected John Husband as chairman of its management committee. Husband succeeds Paul Phillips, who served as chairman since 2004.

IRONSTONE BANK: Named Geary Kinnett as regional executive vice president. He will oversee the bank’s operations in Denver as well as its new Oklahoma City and Kansas City markets.

BABOLAT: Appointed David Dwelle as regional sales manager.

HOLME ROBERTS & OWEN LLP: Elected Stephen P. Nash and Matthew J. Smith of the Denver office to partnerships.

COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES: Assistant professor Tina Gianquitto, who teaches in the liberal arts and international studies division, has been awarded a one-year National Endowment for the Humanities fellowship.

SYSTEST LABS INC.: Announced that Evan Call has joined as director of interactive entertainment.
