
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday for Boulder lawyer Jim Windholz, who was city attorney for Golden, Sheridan and Lafayette.
Windholz, 65, died New Year’s Day of a heart attack while in California to attend the funeral for his sister, who died Christmas Day.
The service will be at the Stadium Club at Folsom Field on the University of Colorado at Boulder campus.
Windholz had served as city attorney for Golden since 1990, for Sheridan since 2002 and Lafayette since 2004. He also represented the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District.
