No injuries are reported after an early-morning fire at a Denver hotel.
The blaze broke out around 3 a.m. Wednesday at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.
At least eight guests and staff members had to be evacuated.
The Denver Fire Department says a heater inside one of the 6th floor rooms sparked the blaze. The hotel’s sprinkler system stopped the flames from spreading, and crews had the fire completely extinguished by 3:30.
Some smoke and water damage was reported.
No damage estimate is available.
