Travel port GDS said it plans to consolidate operations in Denver; Rosemont, Ill.; and Parsippany, N.J., and has chosen Atlanta for its primary data center and its new North American GDS headquarters.
The move of some Denver data center operations later this year is expected to affect about 50 people, who will likely be offered relocations to Atlanta or other positions in the company. The Denver data center will continue to operate.
