Denver International Airport was the fourth busiest airport in the nation in October, on par with its ranking in the same month last year, according to the U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics.
For the year through October, DIA was also ranked fourth busiest, up from the No. 5 position in the year-ago period.
Total U.S. airline passenger traffic was up 3.6 percent for the year through October. Southwest Airlines carried the most passengers of any U.S. airline.
