WASHINGTON — Both of Wyoming’s senators are staying out of the Republican presidential primary, saying they’ll let voters decide who becomes the nominee.

Republican Sen. Mike Enzi said Thursday that he has a lot of opinions on the race, but he’s going to keep them to himself for now.

“My vote doesn’t count any more than anyone else’s,” he said.

Sen. John Barrasso said he’s also going to wait until the Republican contest is decided.

Republican Rep. Barbara Cubin is not expected to make an endorsement either. But spokeswoman Kristin Walker said Cubin has narrowed it down.

“Rep. Cubin would be very satisfied with Duncan Hunter or Mitt Romney,” Walker said.
