A 45-year-old man has been arrested in .

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office announced tonight in a press release that Warren Worthington of Denver had been arrested on a warrant for first-degree murder and taken to the sheriff’s office for processing.

The sheriff’s office said more details about the arrest will be released at a Monday morning news conference.

A Colorado Bureau of Investigation records search revealed that Worthington had been arrested in 2006 and 2007 for felony charges that included criminal mischief-damage to property, theft and larceny.

A passer-by found the body of Henry Blair, 61, near his white Mercedes SUV on Jan. 6. Blair sold commercial and residential real estate from his home-based Screamin Eagle firm. He and his wife had purchased a new home in Castle Pines Village this year.
