STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — A man was killed Tuesday afternoon in a skiing accident at the Steamboat Springs Ski Resort, officials say.
The man, whose identity and age were not released, was pronounced dead following the accident about 3 p.m., said Sgt. Miles DeYoung, spokesman for the Routt County Sheriff’s Office.
DeYoung said the cause of the accident is under investigation.
