RBC Daniels, a Denver-based financial-services provider for cable, telecommunications and technology companies, said Wednesday it completed 83 transactions in 2007, with a total value of $4 billion. According to deal tracker Thomson Financial, RBC Daniels and parent RBC Capital Markets ranked No. 1 in North American merger-and- acquisition transactions, with 46 in 2007.
