United Launch Alliance, based in Centennial, won a Department of Defense contract valued at as much as $505.3 million to provide rocket launch services. ULA, under a National Reconnaissance Office contract, will use Delta IV rockets to launch spy satellites used by the Central Intelligence Agency and Defense Department.
