The Joint Budget Committee voted 4-2 Thursday to give Secretary of State Mike Coffman more money to run a program intended to help domestic-violence victims keep their addresses confidential.
However, the committee voted to give the program only an extra $17,500. Coffman initially requested $65,800, then scaled that back to $20,800.
