The Kempe Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect announced Thursday that it has received $2.2 million from the Anschutz Foundation to help the organization complete its planned move to the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.
The gift will partially fund the completion of the Kempe Center’s headquarters on the first three floors of the East Pavilion at Children’s Hospital on the former Fitzsimons Medical Center campus, the center said.
