Lawyers for consumers suing Boulder-based Aurora Dairy Corp. for allegedly selling milk mislabeled as organic asked a panel of judges to consolidate at least 18 federal lawsuits against the company.
The plaintiffs asked seven federal judges in Phoenix on Wednesday to group the cases, most of them class actions, for pretrial rulings on issues such as evidence-gathering and allowable legal arguments.
