I have noticed that many sportswriters and sportscasters have been concerned that the past Broncos are not receiving the respect they feel they deserve. They always mention the two Super Bowls, but either have forgotten or choose to ignore the fact that the Super Bowl seasons were tainted by cheating on the salary cap, for which the NFL fined the Broncos nearly a million dollars. Who knows what kind of teams they would have fielded those two seasons had they been honest. Apparently, unlike our locals, the memories of others are not as short, or they choose to not ignore the facts.

Wrestling with coverage
I truly enjoy your paper and especially the sports section, but I am curious why high school wrestling gets so little attention. In my years of being a sports enthusiast, I have never come across a sport that requires more heart, determination and technique than wrestling. I encourage you and your staff to come to some of the tournaments and you won’t be disappointed.
