Former child soldier and author Ishmael Beah will speak at CU-Boulder on February 5th at 7:30pm, in Macky Auditorium. At the age of 13 Beah was brainwashed and forced into the service of the government army; witnessing atrocities unlike we could imagine.
After Beah’s speech he will attend a reception and book signing which is open to the public.
