“A who’s-who amongst the hipster elite was out and about despite the elements. Yeasayer, one of Brooklyn’s finest, looks like a perfect warmup band to open up the festivities at Burning Man. The house was packed for MGMT, although the MGMT album is deceiving. Despite having electronic undertones on record, MGMT is more of a vintage rock group that was born in the wrong decade. They even have the shower-challenged scenestar kids dancing in the front like ravaged animals to prove that they were born in the wrong decade.”
