Quiznos is moving its corporate headquarters into the newly renovated former Mountain Bell building at 1001 17th St.
Denver developer Miller Global Properties has transformed the 650,000-square- foot building into a first-class office and retail destination, where Quiznos’ headquarters and a flagship store will occupy 91,000 square feet. Quiznos is relocating from 1475 Law rence St.
In addition to Quiznos, Newfield Exploration Co. will move its regional offices into 51,000 square feet of the building by the middle of the year.
