Spyder Active Sports of Boulder has acquired Jackson, Wyo.-based Cloudveil Mountain Works, a producer of technical outdoor and mountaineering apparel. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Under the agreement, Cloudveil will remain a separate brand entity and operate as a wholly owned, independent division of Spyder.
Brian Cousins and Stephen Sullivan, president and vice president of Cloudveil, respectively, will remain in their roles.
