United Airlines announced Tuesday it will begin flying twice daily from Denver to Helena, Mont., with its regional carrier SkyWest on 50-seat Canadair regional jets.

The new route was part of a group of new flights in other cities that United announced Tuesday. The flights will start June 5.

Separately, United plans to add more fees for certain services and expects that a combination of adding a la carte services and charging fees for existing services will produce $1 billion in annual revenue for the company within five years. The comments Tuesday during United’s investor day came a day after the airline announced it will begin charging most passengers $25 to check a second bag.
