Denver developer Evan Makovsky this month purchased the Washington/McClintock Building at 16th and California streets downtown.
Makovsky had previously acquired the rest of the block that the building occupies, including the former Fontius building, which had fallen into disrepair. Makovsky plans a mixed-use development on the rest of the block.
