SAN FRANCISCO — The Bush administration won dismissal of a lawsuit claiming a Boeing Co. unit falsified flight plans to disguise the CIA’s delivery of suspected terrorists to secret prisons where they were tortured.
U.S. District Judge James Ware in San Jose, Calif., agreed with Justice Department arguments that national security would be jeopardized if the suit against Boeing’s Jeppesen Dataplan unit were allowed to proceed. Jeppesen is based in Douglas County.
