CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. — A Marine charged in the 2005 killings of 24 Iraqis has been ordered to testify against his squad leader. Lawyers for Lance Cpl. Stephen Tatum, 26, say they have been told he must appear at Camp Pendleton court next month. He is to testify against Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, who faces the most serious charges in the case.

Both men face courts-martial. Tatum’s lawyer says he hasn’t reached a plea deal and intends to plead not guilty.
