A woman in her early 20s died of stab wounds early this morning in her St. Paul Street home in Denver, according to police reports.
Police arrested James Greenwood, 27, at the scene in what they suspect was a domestic violence dispute that escalated around 3:45 a.m.
Greenwood is being held at the Denver City Jail.
Police are withholding the victim’s name until her next of kin are notified.
