RICHMOND, Va. — A Circuit City Stores Inc. shareholder group plans to nominate five candidates to the slumping retailer’s 12-member board. Circuit City said Wattles Capital Management LLC, headed by Mark Wattles of Thornton, plans to nominate a slate for seats on the board of directors at its June annual shareholders meeting.
