BOULDER — The University of Colorado student newspaper has placed its opinion section on hiatus after a staffer wrote a satire saying Asians “hate us all.”
The column by Max Karson triggered protests and prompted university and Campus Press officials to apologize.
Editor in Chief Cassie Hewlings said the Campus Press had taken no action against Karson, but that he has no current duties as a columnist while the section is on hiatus.
