SAN DIEGO — Ryan Amoroso scored 23 points as San Diego State (19-10, 9-6) handed Colorado State its 15th straight loss.
Colorado State (6-22, 0-14) has lost 19 straight road games this season. The Rams’ last victory came at home Dec. 29 against Western State, 87-47.
D.J. Gay and Billy White joined Amoroso in double figures with 18, and 16, respectively.
Amoroso, who hit 10-of-12 shots from the floor, scored 15 points in the second half as San Diego State built its largest lead to 25 at 85-60.
Marcus Walker, who leads the MWC in scoring by averaging 18 points a game, had 15 for the Rams, but just two in the first half.
