The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating a fugitive considered armed and dangerous.
James Samuel “Sam” England, 37, is being sought on several felony and misdemeanor warrants, including his recent involvement in a hit and run accident in the metro area Wednesday afternoon.
England has numerous arrests for assault, burglary, auto theft, weapon offenses and has served prison sentences in Coloraldo for drug sales and violating parole.
He is sought as a suspect in the burglary of a residence in Morgan County Tuesday.
England is a white male, approximately six feet, three inches tall and 200-plus pounds. He has hazel eyes and a shaved head.
Anyone who sees England is advised to contact their local law enforcement agency.
