LARAMIE — Hanna Zavecz had 28 points, seven rebounds and four assists in her final regular- season game as a Cowgirl.
It was “a tremendous way to finish at home. You need your seniors to do that, and she’s been the one here from Day One,” Wyoming coach Joe Legerski said of Zavecz.
Justyna Podziemska added 11 points and eight rebounds for Wyoming (24-5, 12-4).
BYU (13-14, 7-8) trailed by 19 points or more over the final eight minutes of the game.
