ENGLEWOOD, Colo.—The Denver Broncos have added two free-agent safeties to their roster.

Head coach Mike Shanahan says the team signed Marlon McCree and Marquand Manuel on Saturday. Details of their contracts were not disclosed.

McCree is an eight-year veteran who played the last two seasons with the San Diego Chargers. He has 404 career tackles and 16 interceptions.

Manuel has played for three different teams the last three seasons. His last team was the Carolina Panthers. He has 215 tackles and two interceptions during his seven-year career.
