Construction has started on three new office and industrial buildings at Stapleton.
The development, called Enterprise Park at Stapleton, will include a total of 441,000 square feet of space. The first building will be 153,000 square feet, with 30 foot clear height ceilings. The other two buildings offer high parking ratios and 24 foot clear height ceilings, in either a 139,695 square foot building or a 148,902 square foot building.
The project is being listed by Jim Bolt of CB Richard Ellis and Tim D’Angelo of TD Industrial Properties.
