Frontier Airlines general counsel, David Sislowski, has left the company.
Sislowski, who also served as senior vice president, left the Frontier Friday and will become senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Milwaukee-baused Midwest Air Group.
“David’s legal acumen and leadership have been invaluable to Frontier for the past five years, and we thank him for his tremendous contributions,” Frontier chief executive Sean Menke said in a written statement. “I wish David the best of luck in his new role.”
Replacing Sislowski is Matt Henry, who has been promoted from assistant general counsel to vice president and general counsel.
Frontier also announced that vice president and chief information officer Gerry Coady has been promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer.
Sislowski’s departure follows the departures of Frontier chairman Sam Addoms and chief executive Jeff Potter last September, senior vice president of marketing and planning John Happ late last year, and chief financial officer Paul Tate this month.
