GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—Grand Junction police are looking for two suspects in connection with a home invasion and robbery that left a man injured.

Authorities say a man and a woman entered a residence about 6:45 p.m. Saturday, struck the victim, demanded money, and escaped with more than $1,000 cash.

Police Corporal Roque More says the victim wasn’t seriously hurt, but says the suspects physically forced the victim to hand over money.

More says it’s unclear whether the robbery was a random crime, or whether the victim knew the suspects.

There’s no word whether the suspects were armed.
