Janus Capital Group named three new directors, expanding the board of the Denver-based mutual-fund company to 14 members.
The new directors are Timothy Armour, Jeffrey Diermeier and Lawrence Kochard, the company said Tuesday in a statement. Janus now has 12 directors it classifies as independent, meaning they have no other ties to the company.
