Saturday’s winning numbers were 17-29-31-34-and-49. The Powerball was 16 and the multiplier was 2.
The Pueblo ticket was one of 13 sold across the country to hit only the first five numbers. The ticket holder has 180 days from March 8th to claim the prize.
Powerball was created in 1992 and launched in Colorado in 2001.
The game is now played in 29 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
