A house under construction in Greeley caught fire Wednesday morning, sustaining damage estimated at $200,000.

Union Colony Fire Rescue got a call about 2:40 a.m. and found the home at 5802 F St. ablaze.

The home had been about 90 percent complete and was still unoccupied.

No one was injured, and the cause remains under investigation.
