Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Southgate Apartments at 2330 S. Kearney St. for $7 million. The 130-unit apartment complex was purchased by City Square Denver, a limited-liability partnership from California. The seller was S-G Apartments LLC.

Marcus & Millichap also announced the sale of Westminster Crossings, a 31,279-square-foot community shopping center at 13630-13640 Orchard Parkway in Westminster for $9.7 million. A California syndicated investment group purchased the center.

Time Warner Telecom Inc., a Douglas County-based provider of managed voice and data networking solutions, announced a multi-year contract to deploy an eight-site IP VPN solution to CooperVision Inc. of Fairport, N.Y.
