ViaWest, a Denver-based data and hosting company, has acquired Dataside, a Dallas-based co-location specialist. The purchase expands ViaWest’s market presence to include data centers in Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Texas and Nevada. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company said, with the acquisition, its annualized revenue will exceed $100 million by the fourth quarter.
