According to owner Dan Landes, this also makes a nice veggie dip. Makes 1 pint.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Using a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients but the olive oil. With the processor on, add the oil in a slow stream until the dressing is emulsified.
