Aurora and Denver police are trying to bring in a pair of men suspected in a string of armed robberies and hotels and retail stores since April 10.
Six businesses have been robbed at gunpoint in Denver, seven in Aurora and one in Glendale, said Aurora Police spokeswoman Shannon Lucy.
The two men are both described as black, between five feet, six inches and five feet, nine inches tall, she said. One is known to wear red gloves and the other wears eyeglasses.
They have waved two kinds of pistols — one black and one silver, she said.
So far, no one has been injured in any of the robberies.
The pair have hit mostly hotels, but also a convenience store, gas stations and a Family Dollar store.
Crime-Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest, with another $1,000 from Aurora Police, Lucy said.
