Kelly Mahlum, Colorado College’s women’s basketball coach who compiled a 64-106 record in seven seasons, resigned Friday, director of athletics Ken Ralph announced.
“While we all are sad to see Kelly go, we fully respect her desire to seek new challenges in her life,” Ralph said. “Coach Mahlum is an excellent coach and teacher of the game of basketball. Colorado College was fortunate to have her services for so long.”
Mahlum’s won-loss record was the best for a Tigers women’s basketball coach since Beth Branson compiled a 24-43 mark from 1985-88.
