IMA FINANCIAL GROUP INC.: Promoted Therese Carpio to executive vice president and director of operations for IMA Inc. Carpio has been with IMA since 1996, most recently as senior vice president of commercial lines with IMA of Colorado.

COMPASS BANK: Announced that Mimi Roberson, president and CEO of HealthONE Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center and the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, has been named to the bank’s board of directors.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES: Appointed Stephen Carattini, currently the chief operating officer, as interim president and chief executive. Carattini succeeds Chris Rose, who resigned recently.
