Because he is so rarely called on for actual appliance repair, Clay Jackson, otherwise known as the new Maytag Repairman, will be in Denver on Monday to throw out the first pitch at the Colorado Rockies game against the San Francisco Giants. Earlier that day, Clayton also will drop off a $10,000 donation from Maytag to the Ronald McDonald House in Denver and award a lucky and deserving volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House with a free laundry unit.
