We’re feeling appropriately contemplative this week after reading submissions to The Denver Post $25 Haiku Contest on the topic of “memorials.” We picked Andrea Z. Hill of Denver for her elegant reflection on her World War II veteran father’s final resting place, at Fort Logan National Cemetery:
