AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—A military judge says an airman who worked at the Air Force Academy hospital is guilty of disorderly conduct for secretly filming another airman while she was undressed.

The academy says Staff Sgt. Victor J. Rodgers also tried to film a second unclothed airman without her consent.

The academy said Wednesday that a judge found Rodgers guilty of six violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, including trying to influence the testimony of a witness before his court-martial, and for failing to obey no-contact orders issued by his commander.

Rodgers was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, reduction in class and total forfeiture of pay and allowances. He must serve 90 days of confinement.
