The Daniels Fund board approved $8.7 million in grants — focusing on emergency-service providers in a rocky economy — during members’ second-quarter meeting this week in Denver.
The fund announced major grant recipients Thursday including: Catholic Charities and Community Services Homeless Services; Community Food Share Inc.; Community Services of Broomfield; Beacon Center; Emergency Family Assistance Association; Jewish Family Service of Colorado; Meals on Wheels, Boulder; Metro CareRing; Stout Street Foundation; Street’s Hope; and Littleton Meals on Wheels.
