Colorado Insurance Commissioner Marcy Morrison has issued an emergency cease-and-desist order against related companies illegally offering phony health-insurance plans via unsolicited faxes.
Companies named in the order are the National Alliance of Associations, National Trade Business Alliance Association, Professional Benefits Consultants Inc. and PBC Direct. Individuals named include Thomas J. Sullivan, James Doyle and Christopher Ashiotes.
