BOULDER — Police arrested a man they say ran in front of a woman’s car, then tried to fondle her and choke her before stripping naked and running away.
Boulder police say Ryan Disselhorst, 20, also threw away the woman’s cellphone.
The woman says she stopped her car early Friday and asked the man whether he wanted to get killed after he ran in front of her. Police said that was when Disselhorst reached into her car and tried to grab her chest before stripping and running away.
